Technofast Industries offer their “Precision Engineered Solutions” for bolting and complex fastening applications across a wide range of industries from agriculture to nuclear power generation. FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) vessels produced by DSME Shipyards in South Korea, such as TOTAL Oil’s newest, now in production off the coast of Angola, West Africa, carry a complement of Technofast’s EziJac Bolt.

At the far end of petroleum production, Technofast’s EziTite® TR Hydraulic Nuts are used in refineries to secure Reactor Heads and the like in areas where application temperatures may exceed 1,000oF (540oC). In applications where components are regularly disassembled for inspection, cleaning or other reasons such as catalyst changeout or tube replacement, the EziTite® TR offers a massive reduction in overall downtime. Use of simultaneous tensioning of fasteners results in optimal performance of sealed joints.
