EziTite® Hydraulic Head Nut
The EziTite® Hydraulic Head Nut by Technofast Industries replaces standard mantle head nuts on gyratory crushers, delivering a precise and significantly safer tightening solution for the quarrying industry. The design eliminates the manual hammering methods that commonly cause operator strike or shrapnel injuries.
Precise clamping forces are generated via hydraulic pressure and securely held by mechanical locking rings. Built for harsh processing environments, the nut includes an integrated sacrificial protective cover customized to match the abrasive nature of the material being crushed.
Tool Features:
- Hydraulic Clamping Nut: Generates precise clamping forces by hydraulic pressure acting on a constrained area within the assembly
- Mechanical Locking Rings/Screws: Fitted to the assembly to retain tensile loads
- Integral Sacrificial Protective Cover: Can be constructed according to the abrasive nature of the material being crushed
- Threaded Locking Collar: Counteracts loosening forces of impact on rotating shafts
- Nipple Fitting: Located on top of the nut body to apply hydraulic pressure into the sealed chamber
