The B3M Series EziJac Bolt Tensioner is a manual return tool from our modular series which allows multiple adaptor kits to be interchanged with one load cell. Safe and easy to use, the B3M uses hydraulic pressure to achieve accurate bolt tensioning results. The B3M also features nitrided components for long-lasting performance.

With a slim fit design and a standard ½” socket wrench, the 2-stage series of hydraulic tensioners are lightweight, user-friendly, and ideal for quick, easy, safe use, even within restricted spaces. Most importantly, they deliver accurate and versatile bolt and stud tensioning results. X2 and Y2 Bolt Tensioners may be fitted with an optional gear drive to rotate the retaining nut without the use of a Pin Spanner. An Integral idler gear is also used to ensure that the drive tool and nut rotations are in the same direction.

The FastaJac comprises a lightweight cylinder jack, hydraulic cylinders, and the patented ‘Tri Nut’ with a unique cam lock design. It enables quick tool fitting and removal while reducing production, labour, and maintenance costs by streamlining the process and eliminating the need to fully “run down” the Tensioner retaining nut along the entire thread.

Technofast’s revolutionary CamNut EziJac system brings an affordable and efficient solution, in a compact system which is simple, safe and easy to use.
Normally, a Bolt Tensioning tool pulls on the bolt threads protruding above the regular hex nut, which is then screwed down to retain the loads induced by hydraulic operation of the tool.
With no available thread, the CamNut performs as the connection to the bolt for the operation. Its integral collar expands to take up the bolt’s elongation under force and retains the load when the hydraulic charging pressure is released.
